Yes. I work with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on a wide range of areas including (but not limited to) communication skills, emotional regulation, repairing attachment ruptures, and rebuilding deeper, more secure connection.

I am an out-of-network provider. Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance’s out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill upon request.

Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes. Session lengths can be extended to 75–90 minutes if requested.

Yes. Trauma-informed work is a core part of my practice. I use gentle, paced approaches that emphasize nervous system safety, stabilization, and choice before processing deeper material.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the session to avoid a late cancellation fee.
